We have installed floor coatings across Greater Houston since 2008, more than 3.5 million square feet of them. Four crews work out of our base in west Houston. Homes are the larger share of our jobs. Commercial buildings are the larger share of our square footage.

We install all three chemistries: epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea. Most floors get an epoxy base coat, since epoxy bonds to concrete best. A polyaspartic topcoat goes on top when the floor needs UV stability or a fast return to service. Every job starts with diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, and a moisture test.

Jose Pablo has done three garages for my family. Each one as beautiful and functional as the next. This time we did all white and it's phenomenal. The company did the floors for the Lonestar Flight Museum, so if the floors they made stay white and clean and withstand the traffic of moving 40 or more planes per month, my garage with my little comings and goings will be just right.

Free on-site estimate

We measure the slab, look at its condition and run a moisture test. Then you get a quote for the system we recommend.

Color and finish

Pick the color and finish from samples. Options include full flake, solid color, quartz and metallic.

Prep and coats

We diamond grind the slab and repair cracks and joints. A vapor barrier primer goes down when the moisture test calls for it. Then comes the base coat, the flake or pigment broadcast, and the clear topcoat.

Cure and walk-through

Most garages are a two-day job, and a metallic floor takes about three days. We do a final walk-through and tell you when to drive on the floor.

How much does an epoxy floor cost in Houston?
Price comes down to square footage, the condition of the slab and the system you pick. A slab that needs crack repair and a vapor barrier primer costs more than a clean one. What is the difference between epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea?
Epoxy is the base coat, because it bonds to concrete best. Polyaspartic cures fast and holds its color in sunlight, and polyurea floor coatings are flexible and resist chemicals. Both go over an epoxy base on most Houston floors. A full polyaspartic or polyurea system is the option when you need the floor back in one day.
How long does a garage floor take, and when can I park on it?
Most garages are a two-day job. You can walk on the floor before you can drive on it. We give you the cure times at the final walk-through, so you know when the car can come back in.
Does Houston humidity affect an epoxy floor?
It does, which is why we test every slab for moisture first. Houston homes sit on slab-on-grade concrete over clay soil, and water vapor moves up through it. That vapor is the top reason coatings peel here. When the test calls for it, we put down a vapor barrier primer before the base coat.
Do you coat commercial floors?
Yes, we coat warehouses, aircraft hangars, auto shops, dealership service bays, showrooms, retail and manufacturing floors. Safety striping, walkways and logos can be set into the floor. Commercial kitchen floors use their own quartz and urethane systems, coved and sealed at the drains. We schedule the work around your hours.
What floor finishes can I choose?
Full flake is the most common garage finish, and flake epoxy floors hide flaws in the slab. Solid color comes in gloss, satin or flat. Metallic epoxy floors are hand worked, so every floor is one of a kind. Quartz broadcast is the textured, slip-resistant choice for kitchens and wet areas.
